InformationAshes are ready to collect 3 days from date of cremation – your funeral director will give you a call and let you know once the ashes are ready to collect.

Only the person who completed the application for cremation may collect the ashes unless we receive authority in writing stating that consent is being given for an alternative person to collect.

We are able to source an extensive range of memorial jewellery and other urn types. Please contact our office for a catalogue and pricing options, please note there will be a delay as these will need to be ordered in.

Ashes can be freighted at your expense if need be, but a signature must be obtained at delivery.

When sending or travelling with ashes an Export Certificate is required, please just contact us.

Scatter UrnsScattering Tube Urns are designed and engineered to simplify the scattering process. The tubes are durable, dignified and simple to use. Each features a convenient removable lid and an industry-first, perforated “push in” tab that opens easily prior to scattering. If multiple family members or loved ones want to participate in scattering, even in multiple locations, mini-size scattering tubes allow for that option.
