Ensure adequate lightingfor speaker
Prepare to track rovingspeakers
Generally, shoot from waistup to capture both facialexpressions and handgestures
Include screen when speaker interacts with it. Decide how you’ll handle live screen demos

Get it in digital file form if at all possible (not tape)
