With high-quality content and sophisticated pedagogy this resource will allow staff to develop their understanding of current scholarship, best practices, quality standards, and professional values, whilst engaging with frameworks such as the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF). This programme will encourage staff to think holistically about their roles as teachers by incorporating themes such as working with students as partners, student wellbeing, and designing employability into teaching. University Teaching: Core Skills will help institutions to: Demonstrate and evidence commitment to enhancing teaching quality. Efficiently and effectively scale up teaching support across different sites and diverse staff groups. Provide staff with comprehensive, flexible training which facilitates reflective and self-paced learning.
