Leader use high levels of control over his/ her team members.

PROS:-For routine and unskilled jobs can be effective.-Effective when in short on time, need to make quick decisions.

CONS:-Teams doesn’t benefit from the creativity and experience of all team members.-Usually leads to high levels of demotivation, absenteeism and turnover.

-When the direction to follow is uncertain and needs fresh ideas from qualified teammates.-By bringing in everyone's ideas, it enriches the organization's possibilities.-Increases work satisfaction by involving team members.-Dealing with a lot of information, leader don’t have time to analyse everything; followers are capable and/or experienced. CONS:
