    5) determine minimum price for tec!nical documentation, review, tec!nical inspections andsupervision for residential and residential(&usiness structures'

    7) organi+e and enforce t!e ta6ing of professional eamination according to t!e provisions of t!is Law'

    8) determine t!e amount of mem&ers!ip fee and registration fee of its mem&ers and

    13) order t!e demolition or removal of a temporary structure if t!e erection is performed despitet!e pro!i&ition referred to in item 12 of t!is 3rticle$
