a5 su&mit t!e re#uest for initiating a misdemeanor proceeding against t!e legal entity and t!eresponsi&le official and t!e !ead person in t!e administration aut!ority or legal entity if !es!e identifies t!at t!e ur&an development and tec!nical re#uirements for t!edevelopment of t!e tec!nical documentation for t!e construction of a structure or t!eapproval and or ur&an development and tec!nical re#uirements for erecting t!e structureof temporary c!aracter, !ave &een issued contrary to t!e planning document or t!e plan of t!e temporary structures'

10) temporarily pro!i&it t!e performance of t!e activity if t!e &usiness organi+ation, legal entityor entrepreneur or foreign legal entity does not fulfill conditions referred to in 3rticles /, B

and of t!is Law'11) order t!e elimination of identified deficiencies in t!e approval or ur&an development and

tec!nical re#uirements for t!e erection of temporary structures referred to in 3rticle 11B of t!is Law'

12) pro!i&it t!e erection of a temporary structure if it is not performed in accordance wit! t!eapproval referred to in 3rticle 11B of t!is Law and t!e plan'

13) order t!e demolition or removal of a temporary structure if t!e erection is performed despitet!e pro!i&ition referred to in item 12 of t!is 3rticle$
