Customs have been given judicial consideration;through knowledge of historical background

The knowledge of sources of law and the way is present legal system has come to evolve connects history with law

Without the knowledge of history, it may not be possible for legal historians to get a better look

Maintainence of law and order with which men will find security nd common opportunities

Since primitive times , law is the supreme social force compelling obedience

Life is nothing without law.Man is very nasty

WHY DO WE NEED LAW?laws are made to force people to be good becoz individuals are more controlled by their passion and education alone cant make them gud

law is needed to bring order out of chaos it is also needed to prevent anarchy or to stop people from taking law into their own hands

people needs laws becoz they need to be able to know what to do and ehat not to do

we need a set of law to improve country and to keep civilization.
