Social Hype, LLC is an online magazine and social networking site

that keeps users up-to-date on what is current and trendy in society.

It was launched January 2010 by Maurice Cox , Mila Braz, and Romy Antoine. Co-owner Romy Antoine took the energized spirit of the magazine and moved beyond the print to partner up with Fred Reeves on the social scene. They began

hosting now infamous college parties mostly through word-of-mouth

and various social networking sites.

Their cult following propelled them into larger events in local clubs and

college gymnasiums and halls. No matter where the Social Hype name goes it

will always be synonymous for what is relevant and hip in the current culture.

This is the only official after party for Grammy Award-winning recording artist Lady Gaga’s Monster Ball concert at the Wachovia Center. Her massive popularity has resulted in being listed in Time magazine’s list of the 100 most influential people in the world and fourth in the Forbes list of the 100 Most Powerful and Influential celebrities in the world. She has sold over 40 million singles worldwide.The Scene:This event will channel the artist’s unconventional outré fashion sense and her glam rock musical style into the décor of the nightclub setting. DJ VH1, Lady Gaga’s official DJ, will be spinning house music, techno, and rock n’ roll on one floor and BET’s DJ Wallah will be entertaining with hip-hop and R & B mixes on the other.
