1All funding will be paid to qualifying dealers based on the current, standard promotional costs. Rebate earned will be paid directly to qualifying dealers by Synchrony Bank via ACH within 30-days of each calendar month end.

Program Details:

• All sales must fund between July 1, 2014 and November 14, 2014, to be eligible for the 3.25% Rebate. Sales received before or after these dates are not eligible.

• Your rebate will apply to the current dealer cost of the menu you are currently enrolled under. If you desire to change menus, please contact your Synchrony Bank Sales Representative by the 20th of the month to be effective the following month.

• Rebate will be paid on all net program sales of Rheem equipment funded on the KwikComfort ® Financing program, during the promotional period.

• The Rheem Model number must be placed in the first Model # line, and the Serial # in the first Serial # line in the Description Box on the Sales Slip. See example Sales Slip on second page. Failure to provide the Model and Serial Number will exclude the sale from the Rebate calculation.

• To receive the Rebate set forth above, your company must be in good standing in accordance with the terms of its Program Agreement with Synchrony Bank following the end of the calendar month during which any Rebate was earned.
