KW Command – Adding Neighborhood Pages Open your “Contacts”
Click on the contacts name
Click – Add to Neighborhood ** IF YOU HAVE ALREADY ADDED THEIR PRIMARY ADDRESS, THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD THAT THEY CURRENTLY LIVE IN SHOULD AUTO POPULATE IN THE SYSTEM **
Type in the name of the neighborhood.
Neighborhood not showing up? Click on “Find On Map”
The green sections are all different neighborhoods. Hover over the section to see what it is called and add it to their “Neighborhoods” page
Don’t Forget to Save!
Make sure they are getting their neighborhood pages and you are touching them at least once a month by adding them to a SmartPlan!
Click “Add to SmartPlan”
Assign to either “Monthly Neighborhood Nurture” or “Bi-Weekly Neighborhood Nurture”
View in the “Timeline” any and all activity of that contact.
