December 5, 2009 Good evening and welcome to the Kiwanis Club of Wiltons 28th annual holiday concert. Tonights program once again brings together a wealth of Wilton talent for an evening of festive music and good cheer. Please join the Kiwanians in extending sincere thanks to tonights volunteer performers, directors, writers and production crew for giving their time and creative energy to a fun and entertaining introduction to the holiday season. We offer a very special thank you to Miss Jane Powell who will be our emcee for the evening. A delightful star of movies and stage, she has lived in town for over 20 years and we are so pleased to have her here tonight. And, of course, we extend our gratitude to you, our enthusiastic audience. Your continued support of this concert and other Kiwanis fundraisers are essential to our ongoing efforts to assist numerous local organizations with financial help and to serve our community. Now please sit back and enjoy the musical gifts from your talented friends and neighbors. With our best wishes for a joyful holiday season and a peaceful new year,

JOY TO THE WORLD Joy to the world, the Lord is come. Let earth receive her king. Let every heart prepare him room And heaven and nature sing(repeat) He rules the world with truth and grace, And makes the nations prove The glories of his righteousness, And wonders of his love(repeat)WINTER WONDERLAND

Sleigh bells ring, are you listnin? In the lane, snow is glistnin; A beautiful sight, were happy tonight, Walkin in a winter wonderland! Gone away is the bluebird, Here to stay is the new bird; He sings a love song, as we go along Walkin in a winter wonderland! In the meadow we can build a snowman, Then pretend that he is Parson Brown. Hell say, Are you married? Well say, No, Man! But you can do the job when youre in town! Later on well conspire, As we dream by the fire, To face unafraid the plans that we made, Walkin in a winter wonderland!

SILENT NIGHT Silent Night, Holy Night, All is calm, all is bright. Round yon virgin Mother and child, Holy infant so tender and mild, Sleep in heavenly peace, Sleep in heavenly peace. Silent Night, Holy night, Shepherds quake at the sight; Glories stream from heaven afar, Heavenly hosts sing Alleluia, Christ the savior is born, Christ the savior is born. LET THERE BE PEACE ON EARTH Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me; Let there be peace on earth, the peace that was meant to be. With God as our Father, brothers all are we; Let me walk with my brother in perfect harmony. Let peace begin with me, let this be the moment now. With every step I take, let this be my solemn vow: To take each moment and live each moment in peace eternally. Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me.
