Parsley- 15g
Seasoning- to taste

Bread Crumbs- 150g

FOR TORTILLAS
4 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons baking powder2 tablespoons oil1 1/2 cups water
1.Peel and wash the tapiocas and boil it.
2.In the mixing bowl, add mashed tapioca, chopped onion, garlic , parsley and seasoning.
mix well
3.Make the mixture into cylinder or finger shape, and keep aside.
4.In a kadai, heat oil,at the same time rolled the tapioca into the flour,then dipped in egg
and rolled in bread crumbs.
5.Fry these tapiocas in oil until golden brown colour.Served with mint Mayonnaise sauce.
Ingredients for Gajar Ka halwa
· 200ml – Pure Ghee
· 1 kg – carrot
· 500 ml – Milk
· 200 gms - Sugar
· 100 gms – Mawa
· 05 gms - Cardamom
· 20 gms – almond and
Pistachio slivers
Ingredients for tarts
· 180 gms Maida
· 50 gms powdered sugar
· ¼ tsp salt
· 120 gms cold butter, cut into
small cubes
· 02 drops vanilla essence
1. Make the tarts2. Wash, peel and grate the carrot.3. Take a non s�ck deep pan and add ghee and carrot and saute for 5 minutes �ll the colour of the carrots changes.4. Add milk and allow it to cook5. Add sugar according to your taste, lower the flame and saute �ll it is completely incorporated.6. Add mawa and cardamom powder .mix it well. 7. Garnish with slivers of almond and pistachios

World-renowned ar�st Judy Chicago for the past few years has been
the toast of the art world with major exhibi�ons in New York, Los
Angeles, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and Miami. This year she will
have three shows examining both her early career and the debut of her
new series, “The End,” as well as the opening the Through the Flower
Art Space in Belen, New Mexico, which will celebrate her art as well as
that of her husband’s photographer Donald Woodman and rota�ng
shows highligh�ng art by New Mexican ar�sts. Chicago is also about to
become the toast of the wine world with the launch Jaramillo
Vineyard’s debut of a “Judy Chicago” white and red wine, which will
feature a label and bo�le design conceived by the ar�st herself.
Jaramillo Vineyards is a ten-acre vineyard and winery located
in Belen, New Mexico. The vineyard was planted between 2003-2006
and the winery was established in 2013. Robert Jaramillo, a New Mexico born pilot-turned-
vintner follows his father and grandfather's tradi�on of grape growing and winemaking with the
goal of making great wines that "just happen" to come from New Mexico. His partner in this
lo�y endeavor is his wife, Barbara. Jaramillo Vineyards wines have won medals annually at the
San Francisco Chronicle, New York Interna�onal Finger Lakes, and New Mexico State Fair wine
compe��ons.
