GM Hotel original system is based on a generic broadband billing system can only provide simple billing of internet charges to hotel guest. The solutions itself unstable which cause lots of guest complain, especially corporate guest.

In year 2006, GM Hotel decided to engage Hotgate to replace and redesign its internet billing solutions. Our team which consist of Billing specialist , Network specialist and others specialist have redesign and revamp the entire system and design a complex billing solutions which include VIP charges, Corporate rate charges and 2 model of internet charges.
