DESIGN BRIEF Problem Statement (What is the problem that your teacher has given you to solve?): we need to build wind turbines to save cost and save energy. They will create a reusable source of energy that will save people from paying such high electric bills. You cant run out of wind so you wont loose lighting or heat.
