Distance 1. KT Triathlon: Swim 5 km. from Ao Prao Resort Samed Island to Mainland at Kon Aow

Mae Ram Phueng Beach (a new route) + Bike 110 km. + Run 10 km.

2. Challenge Triathlon: Swim 5 km. (same route as KT Triathlon)+ Bike 55 km. + Run 5 km.

3. Standard Triathlon: Swim 1.5 km. + Bike 40 km. + Run l0 km.

4. Sprint Triathlon: Swim 750 m. + Bike 20 km. + Run 5 km.

5. KIDs Triathlon: Swim 300 m. + Bike 10 km. + Run 2.5 km.

6. Aquathlon: Swim 5 km. from Samed lsland to Mainland on the same route of KT Triathion

+ Run 5 km.

7. Swimathon : Swim 5 km. from Samed Island to Mainland on the same route of KT
