The following list contains the names of the candidates found suitable on the basis of the Objective Type Test(OMR Valuation) held on 1-10-2009 for selection to the post of Binder Gr.II in Various Departments—Thrissur District(Category No. 90/2008) arranged in the order of merit.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 6-2-2012. The Ranked List will be in force till thepublication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three yearswhichever is earlier. Candidate will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regardingreservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commissionduring the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is noguarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the timeof cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will bere-checked only after the publication of Ranked List, if prescribed fee of 50 (Fifty only) is remitted inany one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 ExaminationFee”. Applications for re-checking of the answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available freeof cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or downloaded and printed in A4 sizepaper from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. The original chalan receipt forthe prescribed fee should be produced with the application for re-checking.

In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribedtime limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result ofthe re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selectionshall remit a fee of 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account“0051-PSC-800-Other receipts 99-Other receipts”). The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available fromthe Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer,Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thrissur within 45 days from the date on which this ranked list isbrought into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheetinvalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheetwhich is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Valid applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, KPSCDistrict Office, Thrissur-680 020 should reach this office within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked Listhas come into force (i.e., the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last datefor receipt of applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 21-3-2012. Applications forre-checking/obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not beentertained. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated willnot be considered. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Entries put in column 4 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application formsand proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly notedin the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public ServiceCommission District Office, Thrissur within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the benefit ofreservation to which they are entitled to.
