1.) Working as a Specialist-Systems (UNIX) in HCL Technologies Ltd., Gurgaon (From

April 10 Till Date)

Environment: Sun Fire V890, V490, Dell Power Edge 2950, R1950 Servers in high available

(Clustered) Environment. Taking care of both Linux and Unix servers.

Major Responsibilities:

Monitoring system performance for optimizing CPU utilization and checking system

performance.

Carrying out day to day tasks such as Server Health Checkups, Log Analysis, User

management, NFS Share Management, Checking Backups etc.

Patching and Package Management.

Extensive experience in setup, configuration, upgrade, maintenance, performance

monitoring and troubleshooting on different UNIX platforms like Sun Solaris, Linux.

Maintaining Production and development Servers and carrying out changes on the servers
