Why has WOR(l)D decided to launch Project mCell 5G?The Mobile communication and Technology industry is one of the fast growing markets in the world, with a business volume of over 300 Billion a year in exponential growth, and with over 4 Billion consumers. Whenever 3G or 4G LTE is available, mCell 5G will move you to whichever network has the fastest connection at your location. When mCell 5G isn't available, we'll put you on the fastest network type in your area (4G, 3G, 2G or WiFi).

What is the difference between the Space Station 8X and the 32X?The Space Station is available in 2 versions, 8X and 32X. This is the number of concurrent mCell 5G connections possible on the Space Station. The numbers also represent the amount of “shares” in the Builder Pool Bonus and Offload Pool Bonus reserved to the Consultants who build the mCell 5G network.

Can I use my Laptop, iPad or Personal Computer to connect to the mCell 5G Network?No. mCell 5G is only available on the WOR(l)D Space Phone 5G.

Why is mCell 5G only available on the Space Phone 5G? The Space Phone 5G is the first Smartphone that supports our mCell 5G network. It works with the mCell 5G Sim Card, which supports multiple networks, and a state-of-the-art cellular radio tuned to work across network types that is able to use our proprietary LTE-U5G protocol.

If I buy a new Space Phone 5G from WOR(l)D, will it work with other wireless providers? Yes. The Space Phone 5G you get from WOR(l)D comes unlocked and can be used with other wireless providers thanks to an additional Sim Card Slot; it can work simultaneously with mCell 5G Service and with other Wireless operators’ services.

If I already have a WorldPhone WP4 or WP4U can I use it with mCell 5G? No. mCell5G technology works only on Space Phone 5G. WP4U can continue to use the current Services without any change or interrup-tion.

When will Project mCell 5G support other smartphones? The Space Phone 5G is the first Smartphone that supports mCell 5G's Network. During Project mCell 5G's Early Launch we plan to only support the Space Phone 5G.

What is different about the Space Phone 5G's cellular radio for it to work with the mCell 5G Network? Cellular networks use various network types and groups of radio frequencies to send and receive data. The cellular radio inside the Space Phone 5G works with most 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks around the world. In addition to this, a special radio technology has been develo-ped to support our proprietary technology LTE-U5G —unlike the radios in other smartphones which work with fewer network types, and none of them work with LTE-U5G (mCell 5G).

What's included in the OneWorldPlan? Our one simple plan starts with the Basic Voice and Text service for $12/month. It includes domestic talk and text minutes, unlimited data access to the mCell 5G Network, WiFi hotspot access to the mCell 5G Network and those of our partners around the world. It also in-cludes calls and text to WOR(l)D members that are always free. By adding an additional $12 you can enable Internet access in 2G, 3G, 4G in the countries where Project mCell 5G is partnering with local Wireless operators. For only $12 it is possible to add 500 Minutes to call to over 100 destinations around the world, including mobile destinations. A Cloud Storage is available for all subscribers with different levels of Data storage, as well as a Free Online Conference System for up to 25 participants.

How can I get the Offload Price reduction of up to 30% of the cost of the OneWorldPlan?To get the “Offload” Price reduction you have to participate in Project mCell 5G as a builder of the network, so a minimum purchase of the Space Station + Space Phone 5G is required. If you match this requirement you will receive a price reduction from 20 to 30% of the cost of the OneWorldPlan. The percentage will depend on the overall level of Offload reached by the mCell 5G Network worldwide.

Am I charged for data usage when I'm connected to mCell 5G Network? No, you are not charged for the data you use when connected to any mCell 5G Network. We only charge GB for the cellular data you use on 2G, 3G or 4G partner’s networks.

Is there any annual contract or commitment with Project mCell 5G? No, there is no annual service contract required when you sign up.

Which services can I use if I don’t renew or subscribe to the OneWorldPlan?For everyone the Project mCell 5G builder can always connect on a free and unlimited basis to the mCell 5G Network around the world; it will always be possible to connect to the WiFi Hotspot World SpaceZone and those of our Partners worldwide. It is always free to call and text all WOR(l)D members.

If I don’t subscribe to OneWorldPlan how can I continue to call all WOR(l)D Members?In the countries where WOR(l)D have partnership with local Wireless operators the calls will always be available using the GSM network. In the places where there is no partnership, the calls will be possible only if an IP connection is available via 3G, 4G, WiFi or mCell 5G.

If the WOR(l)D member’s Space Phone is not online on the Internet when I call for free, can the call still reach them?Yes, in any case it is not important if the SpacePhone of the member is online on the Internet at the moment of the call, both in countries where WOR(l)D has partnership and countries where it doesn’t.

When I subscribe to OneWorldPlan in countries where WOR(l)D does not have any partnership with local wireless operators, which ser-vices are available for me?In these countries we will not offer the option to buy GB Internet data on the 2G, 3G and 4G network.�Space Phone 5G will be able to make calls and send texts only if an IP connection is available through you Local Wireless service plan, via WiFi or by connecting to the mCell 5G Network.

Can I add more minutes, Internet GB or more seats to my conference system when the OneWorldPlan has already started?You can modify the OneWorldPlan any time you want; you will only be asked to confirm if the new changes should be applied immedia-tely or at the next renewal period. In case you decide to apply the new changes immediately, the expiration time of these services will still remain that of the OneWorldPlan subscribed to.

Are all standard message types (SMS, MMS, group texting, etc) supported? Yes, we support all standard messaging types, including SMS, MMS, short-codes, and group texting. In addition we also support real time translation in more than 36 languages.

How do I receive calls from devices other than my Space Phone 5G? Incoming calls will be received as usual on your Smartphone.

How do I make calls from my Space Phone 5G? Nothing changes in the way you make calls; simply dial the number you want to call in local format or international format and call, or pick your contacts from the phone book and call. You will always be able to check the strength of the mCell 5G signal on the phone status bar. In any particular situation or with any destination dialed, the system may ask you if you want to continue to call using the mCell 5G line or your own local operator line.

How do I make calls over mCell 5G or WiFi? If you're using your Space Phone 5G, just make a call the way you normally would using the phone dialer. �The phone will use the best available connection to make the call.

If WOR(l)D has no partnership with local wireless operators, how do I make calls?The indication of the availability of the mCell 5G Network and the level of signal is always available on the status bar of your Space Phone, so you will decide whether to make the call using the mCell 5G Network or your local operator network.

Why is the mCell 5G signal very often disconnected?

In the countries where WOR(l)D has no partnership with local Wireless operators, the mCell 5G signal will be available only if there is a coverage of the mCell 5G signal or if there is a good Internet connection with your local operator in 3G, 4G or WiFi. If your Space Phone has no internet package and in any case is not connected to the Internet, the mCell 5G signal will be disconnected. Can I make calls when I’m traveling to other countries with my Space Phone 5G?Yes, if your Space Phone 5G is connected to any mCell 5G Space Station or also a WiFi, the mCell 5G signal will always be shown on the status bar of your Space Phone, indicating the strength of the signal. The Space Phone 5G you get from WOR(l)D comes unlocked and can be used with other wireless providers thanks to an additional Sim Card Slot; it can work simultaneously with mCell 5G Service and with other Wireless operators’ services.

If I already have a WorldPhone WP4 or WP4U can I use it with mCell 5G? No. mCell5G technology works only on Space Phone 5G. WP4U can continue to use the current Services without any change or interrup-tion.

When will Project mCell 5G support other smartphones? The Space Phone 5G is the first Smartphone that supports mCell 5G's Network. During Project mCell 5G's Early Launch we plan to only support the Space Phone 5G.

What is different about the Space Phone 5G's cellular radio for it to work with the mCell 5G Network? Cellular networks use various network types and groups of radio frequencies to send and receive data. The cellular radio inside the Space Phone 5G works with most 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks around the world. In addition to this, a special radio technology has been develo-ped to support our proprietary technology LTE-U5G —unlike the radios in other smartphones which work with fewer network types, and none of them work with LTE-U5G (mCell 5G).

What's included in the OneWorldPlan? Our one simple plan starts with the Basic Voice and Text service for $12/month. It includes domestic talk and text minutes, unlimited data access to the mCell 5G Network, WiFi hotspot access to the mCell 5G Network and those of our partners around the world. It also in-cludes calls and text to WOR(l)D members that are always free. By adding an additional $12 you can enable Internet access in 2G, 3G, 4G in the countries where Project mCell 5G is partnering with local Wireless operators. For only $12 it is possible to add 500 Minutes to call to over 100 destinations around the world, including mobile destinations. A Cloud Storage is available for all subscribers with different levels of Data storage, as well as a Free Online Conference System for up to 25 participants.

How can I get the Offload Price reduction of up to 30% of the cost of the OneWorldPlan?To get the “Offload” Price reduction you have to participate in Project mCell 5G as a builder of the network, so a minimum purchase of the Space Station + Space Phone 5G is required. If you match this requirement you will receive a price reduction from 20 to 30% of the cost of the OneWorldPlan. The percentage will depend on the overall level of Offload reached by the mCell 5G Network worldwide.

Am I charged for data usage when I'm connected to mCell 5G Network? No, you are not charged for the data you use when connected to any mCell 5G Network. We only charge GB for the cellular data you use on 2G, 3G or 4G partner’s networks.

Is there any annual contract or commitment with Project mCell 5G? No, there is no annual service contract required when you sign up.

Which services can I use if I don’t renew or subscribe to the OneWorldPlan?For everyone the Project mCell 5G builder can always connect on a free and unlimited basis to the mCell 5G Network around the world; it will always be possible to connect to the WiFi Hotspot World SpaceZone and those of our Partners worldwide. If I don’t subscribe to OneWorldPlan how can I continue to call all WOR(l)D Members?In the countries where WOR(l)D have partnership with local Wireless operators the calls will always be available using the GSM network. In the places where there is no partnership, the calls will be possible only if an IP connection is available via 3G, 4G, WiFi or mCell 5G.

If the WOR(l)D member’s Space Phone is not online on the Internet when I call for free, can the call still reach them?Yes, in any case it is not important if the SpacePhone of the member is online on the Internet at the moment of the call, both in countries where WOR(l)D has partnership and countries where it doesn’t.

When I subscribe to OneWorldPlan in countries where WOR(l)D does not have any partnership with local wireless operators, which ser-vices are available for me?In these countries we will not offer the option to buy GB Internet data on the 2G, 3G and 4G network.�Space Phone 5G will be able to make calls and send texts only if an IP connection is available through you Local Wireless service plan, via WiFi or by connecting to the mCell 5G Network.

Can I add more minutes, Internet GB or more seats to my conference system when the OneWorldPlan has already started?You can modify the OneWorldPlan any time you want; you will only be asked to confirm if the new changes should be applied immedia-tely or at the next renewal period. In case you decide to apply the new changes immediately, the expiration time of these services will still remain that of the OneWorldPlan subscribed to.

Are all standard message types (SMS, MMS, group texting, etc) supported? Yes, we support all standard messaging types, including SMS, MMS, short-codes, and group texting. In addition we also support real time translation in more than 36 languages.

How do I receive calls from devices other than my Space Phone 5G? Incoming calls will be received as usual on your Smartphone.

How do I make calls from my Space Phone 5G? Nothing changes in the way you make calls; simply dial the number you want to call in local format or international format and call, or pick your contacts from the phone book and call. You will always be able to check the strength of the mCell 5G signal on the phone status bar. In any particular situation or with any destination dialed, the system may ask you if you want to continue to call using the mCell 5G line or your own local operator line.

How do I make calls over mCell 5G or WiFi? If you're using your Space Phone 5G, just make a call the way you normally would using the phone dialer. �The phone will use the best available connection to make the call.

If WOR(l)D has no partnership with local wireless operators, how do I make calls?The indication of the availability of the mCell 5G Network and the level of signal is always available on the status bar of your Space Phone, so you will decide whether to make the call using the mCell 5G Network or your local operator network.

Why is the mCell 5G signal very often disconnected?

In the countries where WOR(l)D has no partnership with local Wireless operators, the mCell 5G signal will be available only if there is a coverage of the mCell 5G signal or if there is a good Internet connection with your local operator in 3G, 4G or WiFi. If your Space Phone has no internet package and in any case is not connected to the Internet, the mCell 5G signal will be disconnected. Can I make calls when I’m traveling to other countries with my Space Phone 5G?Yes, if your Space Phone 5G is connected to any mCell 5G Space Station or also a WiFi, the mCell 5G signal will always be shown on the status bar of your Space Phone, indicating the strength of the signal. Then you just need to place the calls from your phone dialer or di-rectly from your phone book.
