Once an item has been nalized, the raw materials are chosen

to best accommodate its intended use. Our CNC machines

and operators process and shape every item with the same

standards o care and precision as i each one was going to be

used by our law enorcement and military personnel. Once the

materials have been ormed into the amiliar shapes o rails,

receivers or accessories, theyre placed in the care o our quality

control personnel.

In thebeginning, hand calculations and extensive testing were requiredto validate the eectiveness o early designs. The developments oour newer designs are created by utilizing the latest in nite elementanalysis programs. Beore any products are released,manuacturing tolerances are studied so that the specied dimensionswill have no eect on orm, t, unction, or interoperability. The QDC(Quick Disconnect Coupler) style suppressors were co-developed withthe QDC Flash Suppressor. These devices are a result o a longstandingKAC R&D eort to reduce muzzle fash, and increase repeatabilityo attachment while minimizing zero shit. Due to desires rom theGovernment to reduce Muzzle Flash with the suppressor axed,KAC adapted the suppressors to take advantage o this technology.
