After PWM wave form is divided into up-gateand down-gate wave forms, this circuit makesoff-timing so that up-gate and down-gate waveforms do not turn on at same time.

and bias voltage of is short-circuited, and driver transistors
and final transistors on X08- get in condition of non-operation,
