RENEWABLE AND NONCARBON RESOURCES*
• Renewable and other noncarbon resources currently make up25 percent of PacifiCorp’s owned and contracted generationcapacity.
• At year-end 2013, PacifiCorp had 1,031 megawatts of ownedwind generation capacity and long-term power purchaseagreements for an additional 869 megawatts from windprojects owned by others.
• PacifiCorp derives 1,434 megawatts of owned and contractedgenerating capacity from its hydroelectric facilities.
• PacifiCorp put Oregon’s first utility-scale solar plant in-service in 2012 and more are planned.
ELECTRICAL FACILITIES
• Through PacifiCorp Energy, the company has 13,949 megawatts of owned and contracted generationcapacity.
• The company operates 74 generating facilities across theWest, including coal and natural gas, hydroelectric, wind,solar and geothermal facilities.
• PacifiCorp has approximately 62,800 miles of distribution linesand approximately 16,300 miles of transmission lines – morethan any other single entity in the West.
• In 2013, approximately 100 miles of new transmission lineswere placed in-service and construction is underway onanother 170-mile segment.
BLUE SKY RENEWABLE ENERGY
• Pacific Power and Rocky Mountain Power offer customers theopportunity to support even more renewable energy byparticipating in its nationally acclaimed Blue SkySM renewableenergy program. Blue Sky renewable energy is separate from,and in addition to, what the company buys or generates toserve all customers.
• More than 51,000 Pacific Power and 43,000 Rocky MountainPower customers voluntarily participate in Blue Sky.
