ABSTRACTAim of this study is to formulale biscuit based on Fish Protein Coprobiotic; and to analy se the impac t of FPC and probiotic supplementation o n underfive years old children. Th e study was held in two phases;the;ormon FPC plus probiotic, and analyze biological quality by animal assay on r

evaluating the impact of biscuit FPC plus probiotic supplementation in cnutritional status of underfive years old children. The results showed that in viof biscuit FPC p lus Probiotic w as high i.e. NPR (6.9 0), BV (98.47% ), DigesNPU (93.20%). These finding indicated that the product is feasible to be coyears old children. A total of 105 underfive years old children were participastudy has been divided into three groups: biscuit non FPC, Biscuit with FPC, plus Probiotic. Th e result showed that the biscuit with FPC plus probiotic wasother two treatme nts, where at the end of intervention (9 0 days effective), mWIA 0.53, this value higher than Biscuit with FPC 0,4 4 and Biscuit non FPCmorbidity rate of children with biscuit KPI plus prohiotic was lower (14treatments (Biscuit with F PC 23% and biscuit non FPC 29,5%).
