Secondary 1,2 & 3 students who:

• Have received a grade between 50% - 59%.• Have passed a course and wish to improve their

result in an offered course.

Students who enroll in a summer school course with a subject grade lower than 50% are less likely to succeed.

Students will receive a competency report upon completion of a summer school course.

Secondary 4 & 5 students who:• Did not succeed in a course or exam and need to

obtain missing credits in order to graduate.

Credits are granted upon successful completion of the course. Students will receive a MEES* achievement record in August indicating their final result.

Summer School ClassesFrom July 4 to July 22, 2016Morning session: 8:30 to 11:45 a.m.Afternoon session: 12:30 to 3:45 p.m. EXAM WEEK from July 25 to July 29, 2016

Course scheduling will allow students to take two subjects whenever possible.

To register for Summer School or Summer Exams students must bring:

• June 2016 report card to demonstrate he/she has taken the course previously.

• July 2016 MEES Achievement Record for sec. 4 & 5 students registering for exam only.

Payment Options• Online payment by credit card

(Visa or Mastercard)• In person payment by Interac, credit card (Visa

or Mastercard) or cash.• Personal cheques will NOT be accepted.

Courses must be paid in full before the start of classesStudents registered for Summer School courses who receive a July MEES Achievement Record with a passing grade must request a refund by Tuesday, July 12th. No refunds will be issued for students registered for an exam only. Refunds will be processed towards the end of August 2016.
