Day 1: Shannon Arrival & Ennis

Land at Shannon Airport and transfer to Ennis. At 2:30 pm take a short ride to the Atlantic Coast to view the

Cliffs of Moher, rising above the foaming Atlantic breakers. Sip a get-together drink and discuss your tour before dinner in your hotel. (D) Day 2: Galway & Connemara Head to Galway for a tour and free time. Then enjoy the lovely scenery of Connemara with its heathery hills

and sparkling lakes. Travel via Maam Cross, Leenane and Louisburg to reach Westport. (B,D)

Day 3: Westport House & Achill Island Tour stately Westport House to view priceless furnishings. Cross to Achill Island by bridge and follow

the Atlantic Drive for wonderful views. Visit the Deserted Village and have lunch. The evening is free in Westport. (B,L) Day 4: Country Life & Donegal Bay Visit the Museum of Country Life to view artifacts used

in times past. Drive to County Sligo to view the grave

of the writer, W. B. Yeats and in Donegal take a boat trip on the bay to admire scenic views. (B,D) Day 5: Glenveagh Castle & Donegal Tour Glenveagh Castle, a granite castle built in 1870 and set on a picturesque lake surrounded by extensive gardens. Travel the scenic Grand Atlantic Drive before

returning to Stranorlar in ample time for dinner. (B,D) Day 6: Derry & Giant’s Causeway

Take a walking tour around Derry’s medieval city walls. Visit the Giant’s Causeway, huge columns formed by volcanic activity. Travel along the “Nine Glens of

Antrim” route to Belfast. (B,D)

Day 7: Titanic Belfast & Dublin Pub

Tour central Belfast and visit Titanic Belfast. Learn about Ireland’s patron saint at the St. Patrick Centre

and see his grave at Down Cathedral. Drive south to Dublin and enjoy dinner and a show at a pub. (B,D) Day 8: Dublin Tour & Book of Kells Tour Dublin and visit Trinity College to see the 8th century imanuscript of the Book of Kells. Use your open-top bus tour voucher and visit Guinness or Jameson. (B)

Day 9: Farmhouse Visit & Kinsale

Sample freshly-baked scones with tea at a farmhouse and watch trained dogs herding sheep. Continue to the lovely old port of Kinsale and take a walking tour with a local guide to learn about the history of the town. (B,D)

Day 10: Blarney Castle & Killarney Jaunting Car Drive to Blarney Castle to kiss the famous “Stone of Eloquence” and shop at the Blarney Woollen Mills. Stop in Killarney to take a jaunting car. Continue to Dingle for your next overnight stop.(B,D)

Day 11: Explore Dingle Drive to Slea Head at the end of the Dingle Peninsula for wonderful views of the Wild Atlantic and rugged coast. Sample an Irish coffee at the South Pole Inn. Back in Dingle enjoy lunch and a free afternoon. (B,L) Day 12: Bunratty Folk Park & Banquet

Drive to Foynes to learn about the historic flights aboard Pan Am seaplanes in the 1930’s and 1940’s at the Flying Boat Museum. Visit the Bunratty Folk Park and later head to
