• Designed and maintained an automated small package manifest computer system which increased accuracy by more than 200%.

• Designed a Shipping Work Center that printed orders by customer priority which improved overall department productivity by 12.5%.

and internationally, and transitioned from prepaid to collect using the organization core carriers saving $100,000 annually.

• Increased the size of the state font on the address label. This improved the flow of product through the carrier’s terminal, lost freight, and cargo claims.

• Leveraged a growing business model and ideal package characteristics to renegotiate the small package contract with UPS and save $250,000 annually; 10%.
