Gold Guys, LLC Director of Human Resources The Human Resources Director manages, guides and organizes the overall provision of HR policies, services, and programs for the entire company. The major areas managed and directed are: *Assisting with set up of new stores by procuring policies, staff, insurance, guidelines and payroll. *Provide management of recruiting and staffing for the entire company. *Performance management and improvement systems. *Provide expertise in the delivery of guidance for all H/R related legal requirements. IE. ADEA, ADA, CRA, CCPA, EPPA, EPA, FCRA, FACTA, FLSA, GINA, IRCA, LLFPA, PRWORA, PDA, UGESP, USERRA, VEVRAA, AND VRA. *Manage all employee concerns, including; recruitment, hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, grievances, disputes, communication, and due diligence. *Organizational development. *Employment and compliance to all regulatory concerns. *Policy development and documentation. *Employee relations. *Company wide committee, and communication facilitation. *Employee community communication. *Facilitate all un-employment concerns including; hearings, appeals, decisions, and overall responsibility to reduce experience ratings. *Compensation and benefits administration. *Oversee employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health concerns. *Manage employee services and counseling. **The Director of Human Resources originates and leads Human Resource practices and objectives that will provide an employee orientated, high performance culture, that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment; and on-going development of a superior workforce. Education and skills:The Director of Human Resources position requires 4 years of college education, and 5-10 years of experience as a Assistant Director or preferably Director of Human Resources. Superior communication skills, diplomacy skills, organizational skills, are required for this position. Time management, professionalism, and administration skills are essential for this important role in the Gold Guys Organization.
