Analysis of protoplasmic streaming in plant cell

Aims • Definition of protoplasmic streaming • Formulate if the protoplasmic streaming is random• Effect of NaCl solutions on protoplasmic streaming • Speed of plasmolysis by osmosis • Prove of toxicity in the plant cells (CuSO4 ∙ 5H2O)
• Speed of chloroplasts on the cytoplasmic filaments • Space reconstruction of the elodea cell
