Sunday, December 22, at 10:45 a.m. come enjoy our Christmas Cantata presented by the Choir. Come and hear what the Choir has been preparing for us.

CANDLELIGHT SERVICE/LORD’S SUPPER

Tuesday, December 24, at 6:00 p.m. come and be a part of our Candlelight Service and partake of the Lord’s Supper. Help us prepare ourselves for the Christmas Holiday — to come to the reason for the season.

The Church has adopted a family of four children for Christmas this year. Our list is not complete on items needed at this time. Please watch the bulletin board across from the Library for the list. We do know that the children are: 16 year old girl, 9 year old boy, 6 year old girl and 5 year old girl. WATCH FOR THE LIST OF ITEMS NEEDED! Thank you for your heartfelt generosity.

STAFF CHRISTMAS LOVE OFFERING

In each pew there are envelopes designated as Staff Christmas Love

Offering. This offering is collected and divided between the Church

Staff (Secretary and Custodial Staff). This is the Church’s gift to them

at this time of the year. The offering will need to be in by December

22nd.

LOTTIE MOON CHRISTMAS OFFERING This offering will begin Dec. 1st and go through Dec. 29th. Our goal will be $1,000.00. Let’s have a personal goal to give a tithe of 10% of what we give our family at Christmas as our Lottie Moon offering. _____________________________________________________________________________________

IN HOUSE — CHRISTMAS CARD DELIVERY FOR CHURCH MEMBERS

We are renewing an old service! Address your Christmas cards to church members (only) — leave them in the mail box in the church foyer and drop the 46 cents

it would have cost you to mail them in the can beside it. This will go toward the churches Lottie Moon offering. We will have our very own postman who will divide the cards and deliver them to you during Sunday School. ____________________________________________________________________________________________

BAPTIST CHILDREN’S HOME CHRISTMAS LIST There is a list from the Baptist Children’s Home of items needed for the Children this year for Christmas. Anyone who is interested in getting an item or two on this list please check out the bulletin board in the hallway across from the Library. Pick out your item(s), do not wrap them and bring them to either the Church Office or Laura Pitts by December 8th. (If someone would be so gracious as to deliver these items to the Baptist Children’s Home it would be appreciated and would also allow us to collect up to the 8th of Dec.).
