He has long held an interest in the use of intermittent hypoxic therapy, therapeutically designed

pulsed electro-magnetic fields and sound therapy. Each of these therapies promotes homeostasis

or the ability of the body to regulate its internal environment by auto-repair and maintenance. He

has used these therapies in clinic and observed many beneficial outcomes resulting from their use.

These therapies form an important part of the Discovering Wellness Program.

A unique program to empower people to optimal wellness.

Paul Robey has emailed the Club Members information on the program and I have pasted the URL

below for anyone wanting more information.

Mrs Hunter thanked Maxwell for his presentation and nobly offered to donate her body for science.

Joker Beijing Hotel brochureOur representative will make you wait at the airport. The bus to the hotel runs

along the lake shore. Soon you will feel pleasure in passing water. You will

know that you are getting near the hotel, because you will go round the bend.

The manager will await you in the entrance hall. He always tries to have

    intercourse with all new guests.

The Hotel: This is a family hotel, so children are very welcome. We of course

are always pleased to accept adultery. Highly skilled nurses are available in the evenings to put

down your children. Guests are invited to conjugate in the bar and expose themselves to others.

But please note that ladies are not allowed to have babies in the bar. We organize social games, so

no guest is ever left alone to play with them self.

The Restaurant: Our menus have been carefully chosen to be ordinary and unexciting. At dinner,

our quartet will circulate from table to table, and fiddle with you.

Your Room: Every room has excellent facilities for your private parts. In winter, every room is on

heat. Each room has a balcony offering views of outstanding obscenity! You will not be disturbed

by traffic noise, since the road between the hotel and the lake is used only by pederasts.

Bed: Your bed has been made in accordance with local tradition. If you have any other ideas please

ring for the chambermaid. Please take advantage of her. She will be very pleased to squash your

shirts, blouses and underwear. If asked, she will also squeeze your trousers.

Above All: When you leave us at the end of your holiday, you will have no hope. You will struggle to

    forget it.

    Farmers Market Corner:

    From the Pen ofCathy Hobbs

What started out as a foolish, dreary and a bit foggy morning turned out to be a sunny, warm and

    beautiful Autumn morning.

Within the first 15 minutes, $20 was turned in -- found at the ATM -- not claimed by anyone,

therefore marked as a donation to us.

A woman reported her wallet had been "stolen" from her trolley. She went home to cancel her

cards, spoke to man in Mexico, cards not cancelled. Upon emptying her trolley, her wallet dropped

out. She later returned to the markets to apologise and finish her shopping.

There were two separate incidents where market patrons reported that the handles on their

Farmers Market bags had disintegrated within short periods of time of being purchased. One

person was going to email pictures to Tamara -- they only come to the markets every 3 to 4 months

    from Newcastle.

Nothing exciting happened on traffic duty, although it was rather interesting watching someone

trying to get tall trees into his small car.

Thankyou, Cathy, a lovely rendition and great photos!

    OUR HISTORY

In 1998 the Rotary Clubs of Queanbeyan and Queanbeyan West Rotary decided to sponsor a new Rotary Club

based in Jerrabomberra. Bill Lilley, John Snedden and Peter Jarvis from Queanbeyan West took on the joint roll of

mentor (Peter Jarvis went on to become our Charter President).

Advertising for potential members began in March 1998. After a successful campaign, the Club was chartered on

18 November 1998 with 20 members. We are an unusual club as we have a very high proportion of female Members.

Initial meetings were held at the Jerrabomberra General Storethe venue was very good until we grew in

numbers. We then moved to the Jerrabomberra Community Centre for a few years. We now meet at the

Jerrabomberra Public School Staff Room, on Thursdays (6.15 for 6.30 pm). As at 26 Jan 2014 the Club has 26 members

11 female and 15 male. Included in this are seven married couples. We also have 4 supporters of the Rotary Club.

(Charter) President Peter Jarvis ran competitions to select a name for our Club bulletin and a design for the

    Club banner. There were some good and (very) bad suggestions. Pam Spencer suggested the winning bulletin name;

Jerraganda. The banner design by David Stevens was eventually selected. The design incorporates a goose and the

windmill associated with the original entrance to the estate.

I used to jog, but the ice kept

    falling out of my glass.
