    This section provides backup and recovery procedures and general maintenance processes.

    Software Launch and Exit Behavior

    This section describes how to log in to and log out from JDM Pro.

    To log in to JDM Pro

    Open a browser window.

    Navigate to .https://JDMP.Jeppesen.com

    Enter your user name and password.

    Click .Login

    To log out from JDM Pro

    Click the welcome message at the top right of the application.Click .Logout

    Maintenance Processes

    Critical items to monitor:

    Disk space on denjdmp01

    Memory usage on denjdmp01 and denjdmp03

    Disk space where the Nuxeo documents are stored

    All processes are running

    routinely copied to the JDM Log Shipping server (denjdmtt1). The log information is often used to isolate and troubleshoot issues that occur wi

    the JDM application at any given time. If the JDM application experiences an outage the JDM Log Shipping Server should be used as the stor

    location for any T3 requested logs during or after an outage. The Tier 3 JDM team will access the JDM Log Shipping Server to access the logs

    To obtain copies of requested logs files instructed by Tier III and download locally:

    Create an SFTP connection to the appropriate JDM server to retrieve the specified log files. For log locations see JDM Log Locations

    Copy the log file(s) locally in preparation to copy it to the JDM Log Shipping Server.

    Create an SFTP connection to the JDM Log Shipping Server denjdmtt1. Obtain the username and password information from the Pas. Once logged in, transfer the log file(s) from step 2 to the following directoryrd Manager /apps/prodlogs/OUTAGE_LOGS/YYYY-MM-

    where YYYY-MM-DD is the outage date.

    Performing Backup and Recovery

    Backup and recovery procedures have not been identified at this time.

    Failover

    JDM Pro version 1.4 and later support cold failover. Cold failover of the production servers denjdmp01, denjdmp02, and denjdmp03, denjdmp

    are supported by exact duplicates denjdmp05, denjdmp06, and denjdmp07 , denjdmp08.
