Subject: - Selection list of candidates for the post of "CompHer" (Finance Department) District Cadre, Pulwama and advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 06 of 2015 dated 01.09.2015, under Item No. 420.

Sir, Consequent upon the receipt of indent/requisition furnished by

Finance Department vide No. FD/Coord/149/2007-II dated 07.08.2015, for the post of "Compiler" (Finance Department) District Cadre, Pulwama, the advertisement notification in respect of said post was issued by the Board vide Notification No 06 of 2015 dated 01.09.2015 under Item No. 420, with the category wise break up of posts as under: -

The Board conducted the prescribed written examination and interview in accordance with the prescribed norms and procedures and finalized the selection process. Subsequently, the selection list prepared, in light of the criteria adopted by the Board under relevant rules and on the basis of merit obtained by the candidates, was approved by the Board in its 192nd meeting held on 21.11.2021, and is hereby forwarded herewith as Annexure -"A", comprising 01 candidate under OM category alongwith waitlist of 01 candidate of the same category.

It is important to add that the selection process remained subject matter of a court case titled Altaf Hussain and others Vs. State of Jammu and Kashmir and others in SWP No. 3025/2017, MP No. 01/2017 before the Hon'ble High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh and the said court case was disposed of vide order dated 10.08.2021. Accordingly, the matter was examined by the Board and it was decided in its aforesaid meeting to forward the recommendation/selection list to the Indenting Department for further necessary

action. V I

The Selection List as mentioned above shall be subject to outcome of the writ petition (s) (if any) pending disposal before any competent Court of jurisdiction related to the selection.

The document verification/ scrutiny conducted by the Board is limited to the extent of establishing physical possession of category/degree and ascertaining genuineness/validity etc. or otherwise of the same and recognition status of the Institution, shall be responsibility of the Indenting Department/appointing

authority.

Further, a copy of Notification No. SSB/Sel/Secy/2021/1403-08 dated 27.11.2021, whereby the Selection List for the post of Compiler "Finance Department" advertised vide N_otification No. 06 of 2015 dated 01.09.2015 was notified, is enclosed herewith for your reference.

It is further requested that in case any certificate/document, during the course of verification, turns out to be fake/fictitious, the Board may kindly be kept posted and appropriate criminal proceedings against such candidates may kindly be initiated.

The selection list is also available on the website of the J&K Services Selection Board (www.jkssb.nic.in) and may be cross verified from it, if required.
