It is a matter of both, satisfaction and delight that the Institute continues to uphold its impeccable track record at the altar of ranking and rating among the top business schools of the country. I am confident that its intellectual capital, high quality educational infrastructure and instructional standards will further bring a good name to the institute. Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, popularly known as JIM, is assiduously following the art of bridging the gap between knowledge and action and continues to fulfill the cardinal objectives for which it was founded in 2001.

I am confident that Institute’s intellectual capital, high quality educational infrastructure and instructional standards, enviable placement records, numerous forums for personality development, excellent intellectual inputs, all put together, will continue to pay budding managers rich dividends and put the Institute on a further high pedestal by keeping pace with the cataclysmic change around us. The ability to innovate and the capacity to adapt to the latest technologies are going to be the real forte in the years ahead.

As we are all aware that the paradigms of management education have been changing from time to time, particularly after the era of liberalization. JIM has been on the forefront adopting new and innovative methodology to assist the student community in fulfilling their objectives and aspirations. Management education plays a vital role in the development of a country. It helps to produce talent that is productive and innovative.

It is heartening to note that in all fields of management education, whether it is pre-joining orientation, mentorship programme, learning through outbound programme (O.B.L.) pre-job induction or the internship & field assignments, the Institute’s mission has always been to keep the student community updated and in sync with market reality, so that they are able to implement change to remain highly competitive in the corporate world.

I have no doubt in my mind that JIM will continue to achieve the ultimate objective of producing excellent managers for tomorrow who are fired with patriotic fervor, ambition for excellence and desire to elevate themselves with conscious endeavor to shine in the Corporate Cosmos and bring a good name to the industry which they serve.

Management education is undergoing a colossal restructuring with all premier forerunners going in for an emphasis towards creating a value rich skill based pedagogy to equip the budding managers with sustainability and sophistication which is the need of hour. At JIM it’s been our endeavor to develop today’s youth academically as well as strategically with the help of our robust academic team and our industry patrons to prepare them to face corporate challenges. In today’s global scenario of unprecedented turmoil, endurance, perseverance, right attitude and requisite skill set is what the corporate sector requires today. It’s been observed that there is an increasing gap in the traits expected by the industry and traditional pedagogy of management institutes. An ethically strong workforce is required in the industry to reinforce the foundation of our country’s economy today.

With the same vision, we at JIM are poignant towards imbibing an ethical culture along with business traits amongst the students in our curriculum that has been meticulously designed to cater to the needs of industry apart from regular academics which includes personality development programme, communication enrichment courses, foreign language proficiency, technical skill development programme, industry interactions and more.

In the past, Jaipuria house has been able to give some of the most talented youths to the industry and the trend will continue to ascend in future also.

Special Emphasis on Ethics & Values

We also believe that moral and ethical values are one of the important pillars of continuous and sustainable growth for managers in complex environment of the corporate world. Considering the importance of moral and ethical value system it has been formally introduced as an integral element of our teaching pedagogy. It is a mandatory practice now to unravel the different ethical facets in various sectors and the different functions of management education. To emphasize on ethics & values the institute has taken few steps like:
