INTRODUCTION

The Jtem’s standard of unparalleled reliability, integrity, and quality is defined and represented by our visual elements. These elements comprise our corporate identity and seek to promote our company in a distinctly positive manner. It is from this backdrop that this Identity Guide was designed to define and sharpen our company image and to provide a strategic and consistent approach through which the Jtem’s brand should be communicated via its various media.

This manual presents our official graphic standard and all uses of our symbols and insignia are listed and explained with supporting images. Consistent use of these elements as per the given standards will allow for ease of visibility and recognition, and will serve to differentiate the Jtem’s brand of excellence. This document will provide guidance to creative personnel who are contracted by Jtem’s to communicate our messages in print and electronic form; and the standards listed must be maintained.

These standards provide a consistent identification system. Misuse and variations of these designs will compromise the integrity of the Jtem’s brand; and consequently will not be accepted. Permission for, and access to any of our branding elements is the sole right of the Jtem’s management.

Jtem’s Designs & Consultants Co. Lt began operations in 2004 and continues to provide quality, contemporary designs for domestic and commercial clients in Trinidad and Tobago. The company has been a registered Limited Liability Company since February 2009.

The company is co-managed by couple Michelle Phillips and Earl Phillips. Michelle Phillips is a Certified Interior Designer & Color Consultant.Earl Phillips is a Certified Joiner and Cabinet Fabricator.

From its begining to the presesnt, the Jtem’s standard of unparalleled reliability, integrity, and quality undergrid all their operations.

Jtem’s signature colors were developed to ensure a quality brand experience and an easily recognizable personality brand. The multi-colored circles represent the varied aspects of the Jtem’s experience and its emphasis on quality design. The color palette, when used correctly, helps to solidify brand recognition and the identity of Jtem’s as a single, powerful unit.

SIZING & SPACING

The Jtem logo’s minimum size is 1.31 inches in width and 1 inch in height. This is measured from the edge of the word “designs” to the edge of the green circle. The mark should always occupy its own space and have an equal area around it of .15 inches.

APPLICATION

- NEVER use anything but the approved Jtem’s logo for any publication or product.

- NEVER stretch the logo out of proportion.

- NEVER use incorrect, non-approved colors.

- NEVER use parts of the logo only. It is a single unit and must be used together.

- NEVER alter the horizontal orientation of the logo.

- NEVER print on top of the logo.
