RESOLUTION ADOPTING WEBSITE POSTING POLICY FORHARRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO.5O1

WHEREAS, Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 501 (the "District") hasbeen legally created and operates pursuant to the general laws of the State of Texasapplicable to conservation and reclamation districts; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has determined to establish a website due to adesire to more effectively communicate water, sewer, drainage, storm water quality,and recreational related topics to its customers; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has convened on this date at a meeting opento the public and wishes to adopt a Website Posting Policy (the "Website PostingPolicy"), attached hereto as Exhibit A;

Now, Therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF HARRIS COUNTYMUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 501 THAT:

Section l.: The District hereby adopts the Website Posting Policy, attached heretoas Exhibit A.

Section 2: The provisions of this Resolution shall be effective as of the date ofadoption and shall remain in effect until modified by action of the Board of Directors bywritten Resolution.
