NVE offers a broad range of isolated RS-422, RS-485and CAN network transceivers. All have excellent EMCfootprints, 50 kV/µs typical transient immunity, andvirtually unlimited barrier life.
High-voltage V-Series versions have 6 kVRMS isolationvoltage. Standard isolation voltage is 2.5 kVRMS.Standard versions are rated for 600 VRMS WorkingVoltage per VDE V 0884-10; V-Series versions for1000 VRMS Working Voltage.
Versions are available in unique 0.15-inch SOIC andQSOP packages, as well as true 8 mm creepage0.3-inch SOICs, making these the most compactsolutions in the world while still meeting isolationvoltage creepage and clearance safety standards.
