WHEN AND WHERE WAS HE BORN ?
Sir Newton was born on the 25th of December in
1642.
He lived in Woolsthorpe, Lincolnshire England.
WHERE DID HE ATTEND COLLEGE?
• In 1661 at age 19, Isaac attended
college at Cambridge University, where
he studied philosophy and the teaching of
Aristotle
ISAAC HAD A VIEW OF ….........
• Isaac Newton had a heliocentric view of the Solar system,
meaning he thought the sun was the centre of the solar system
and plants, including Earth, orbited around it.
THE LAWS
• 1st Law – Inertia.
• 2nd Law - " Net Force is equal
to mass times acceleration".
• 3rd Law - " For every action,
there is an equal and opposite
re-action".
