• August 2013 refers to Ireland -Norway 83bis delegation agreement). RegNo 5305 refers.

• Certified and in duplicate: Letters and emails between Ireland and Norway CAA on 83bis delegation agreement, listing applicable delegated Irish registered aircraft with revised lease expiry dates.

The subject letters I emails were signed in Dublin on lOth December 2013 and in Bodo on 12"' December 2013 to reflect revised lease expiry dates for subject aircraft.

I have a question concerning the extension of our agreements on EI-LNA and AI-LNC: CAA Norway is considering extending the agreements of EI-LNA and El-LNC both end 24 of December 2013 with 3 months to 24 of March 2014. Would you believe that this is acceptable to the CAA Ireland?

The Irish Aviation Authority requests as per ICAO Article 83bis agreement between both states, continued delegation oversight for the subject aircraft operation with Norwegian Long Haul AS from 241h December 2013 to 23•• March 2014.

Please could you confirm that Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is willing to accept the continued transfer of surveillance responsibilities as outlined in ICAO Art 83bis agreement signed on 04" and 06rh June 2013 for subject aircraft whilst operated by Norwegian Long Haul AS airline in Norway.

With reference to you letter dated 10.12. 2013, we wish to inform you that the Civil Aviation Authority of the Kingdom of Norway (CAA) is willing to accept the transfer of surveillance responsibilities for the subject aircraft whilst operated by Norwegian Long Haul AS airline in Norway. The delegation will be accomplished in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the 83bis delegation agreement signed on: 07.06. 2013.

Delegation oversight for subject aircraft will be accomplished for period to: 01.04. 2014.
