2010 Carver-Hawkeye Arena Atmosphere Re-engineering Plan
• Conducted research to improve game-day experience in the Arena • Executed research to re-engineer game-day programming at Iowa • Traveled to basketball arenas across the Midwest to gather data
• Big Ten Conference (Michigan, Purdue, Northwestern, Wisconsin) • National Basketball Association (Indiana Pacers, Chicago Bulls)
• Led to many Carver-Hawkeye Arena atmosphere enhancements • Executing timeout promotions with a live microphone • Displaying student athlete personality-based interviews on HawkVision • Overhauling and updating digital music playlists for in-game music • Producing new exposure opportunities for Hawks Nest student section

2010 Iowa Men’s and Women’s Tennis
• Created the first Iowa men’s and women’s tennis promotional emails • Developed personal connection with tennis fans • Kept fans interested in the program throughout the week • Attached the match notes, providing detailed season statistics • Supplemented by the “Hawkeye Minute”
• Hyperlinked a one-minute video interview (hawkeyesports.com all access) • Hosted and conducted an interview with a coach or student athlete • Invited Hawkeye fans to learn more about the personalities of the team • Updated viewers on upcoming matches and promotions

• Arranged and executed Iowa men’s basketball Great Campus Tour • Toured to select campus dormitories with men’s basketball staff • Engaged UI students and partnered with Hawks Nest student group • Accomplished goals:
• Sold 85 men’s basketball season tickets over three nights • Created a bond between new men’s basketball head coach and UI students • Activated a new partnership between Residence Life and Iowa Athletics • Received media outreach and exposure in local newspapers and websites • Grew the value and following of Iowa Athletics social media
