not specify separate name, simply said that OS X. iOS

Apple launched first version of iOS on June 29, 2007 and

similarly first iPhone was launched. Than after June 11, 2008

apple operating system upgraded with 2.0. Every year apple had

updated with new OS. June 17, 2009 was released date for OS

3.0.and so on. Till now iOS 7 has been launched and had a great

success.

iOS is apple’s operating system on that apple’s devices can run.

gives all functionality to iDevices so that user can easily use

them.

time there was limited functionality in devices. However

apple had revolutionized with its touch capability.

scrolling thing. iOS had big demand at that time.

Before that there were no store through apps could easily

download ,so in 2008 app store had built through this user can

browse and download any app on your device. Apple also used

iTune account by putting user id and password user can

purchase any app.


iOS 3

Third generation of operating system (iOS 3) was more updated

with iPhone 3GS in 2009. In this Operating system spotlight

search facility through which anything system wide, MMS,

voice control, USB and many more feature announced at that

time and have stayed on iOS till today.


iOS 4

In that operating system multitasking bar was born. Via

multitasking we can perform multiple tasks. Thus besides

the work other music app could work in background too.

Apple also revealed custom wallpaper to replace black

background and also IPhone 4 supports face time and

retina facility.


iOS 5

iOS 5 was useful update came out in 2011. IPhone4 was a

big hit with retina display so iOS 5 gave more competition

to iOS4.it had functionality of voice assistance and

information through your fingertips instantly. icloud also

released and making backup and setting up new iOS

devices easily.


iOS 6

iOS next generation that is iOS6 had been launched in

2012. Where we saw an exciting app “map app” with voice

navigation. Apple also revealed passbook, marking entry

into world of digital wallets also provide a facility of do not

disturb mode, panorama photos on native camera apps.


Conclusion

In this high-tech world, we could see updates in every

second. Big giant like Apple, Google Blackberry

continuously give their latest apps to user and increasing

their popularity. With new phenomenal apps iOS has

become one of dominating platform among all.
