Operating Instructions

In order to dismantle a compressor please follow the below action list action list and refer to the compressorsexploded views that follow in next pages.

Kindly take note that these operation have to be done from qualified personnel only and that Dorin will notbe responsible in any case for any damage to things or human beings arising from an uncorrect workperformed on compressors.

3 remove valve plate(s) 21 21 18 24 22 1PCB045 29 32

4 remove discharge manifold no no no 14 26 1CKG035 15 185 remove oil pump no no no no 16 1LGA021 20 23

6 remove cilynder cover 1 1 1 8 9 no no no

7 remove oil centrifugation disk 7 7 11 23 no no no no

8 remove motor cover 6 6 7 9 12 1CKM055 16 19

9 loosen rotor screw

10 remove rotor

11 remove crankcase bottom plate no no no no no

12 remove lower shell connecting rod no no no no yes yes yes yes13 push the piston out from the head no no no no yes yes yes yes

14 disassembly piston wrist pin no no no no yes yes yes yes

15 lock the piston out from the head with a thorn no no no no yes yes yes yes

16 remove shaft following the connecting rod line 17 17 12 22 21 1MKA051 28 31

17 remove the stator according to the following instructions
