ASSOCIATION FOR HOME & HOSPICE CARE OF NORTH CAROLINA EXHIBITOR CONTRACT

Size and Assignment of Exhibit Tables: A 6ft. skirted table and two chairs will be provided by AHHC. Exhibit tables are on a first-come, first-served basis. No preassigned tables. Immunity to AHHC from Liability: AHHC, its staff and agents, shall not be liable for any losses or damage to the property or person of the Exhibitor, its agents, employees or guests as a result of theft, fire, or from any cause whatsoever. The Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold AHHC harmless against all claims, damages, loss, or injuries arising out of the acts or omissions of the Exhibitor, its employees, agents and guests. Compliance with Laws: The Exhibitor agrees to comply with, and abide by, all laws, rules, regulations and ordinances established by AHHC, the Raleigh Convention Center, and all federal, state and local government organizations or agencies. Display and Equipment: Exhibits must not be of such size or arrangement as to obstruct the view of, or in any manner interfere with, others. AHHC reserves the right to prohibit any exhibit, or portion thereof, which in its opinion, is objectionable to the character of the Exhibition. Cancellations: Cancellations received IN WRITING at the AHHC office on, or before February 28, 2019, will be entitled to a 50% refund of the booth fee paid or invoice adjusted. There will be no refunds, or invoice adjustments, for cancellations after this date. Booth Payment: Remittance of the total rental must accompany application for space. Payment is accepted via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or check. Checks should be made payable to the Association for Home & Hospice Care of North Carolina (AHHC). Security: AHHC is not responsible for damages, loss or theft of exhibitor property. Hospitality Suites: Hospitality suites should be arranged directly with the hotel’s sales and catering office. Please plan hospitality suites only during times when it will not conflict with convention programming. Sponsorships: AHHC, at its sole discretion, solicits and/or accepts sponsorship of functions and activities from vendors of goods and services associated with the in-home services community. Authorization and Fees Computation: The Association for Home & Hospice Care of North Carolina is hereby requested and authorized to reserve exhibit space for our use during the Annual Convention and Exposition to be held at the Raleigh Convention Center, Raleigh, North Carolina April 28-April 30, 2019. It is understood and agreed that space will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. We understand that full payment is due with the application and contract. We agree to abide by the terms and rules of the exhibition as set forth in the Exhibitor's Prospectus, and we understand this contract to be binding when signed by both an authorized agent of the exhibitor and countersigned by an authorized representative of AHHC.
