“A dream is the bearer of a new possibility, the enlarged horizon, the great hope.”
Howard Thurman
Welcome to my LinkedIn
professional portfolio.
Technology is a beautiful thing! Besides, we use it every day while surfing the net, using our smart phones, driving our cars, shopping, email, career opportunities, finding friends that we have lost throughout the years, and the reasons are limitless… I obviously strive on Technology not only as a means of everyday functionality, but also as a career that I love and enjoy. Unfortunately, like a book with a beautiful cover but has no pages to tell a story, technology has hidden the personality of the people we see. Thanks to slideshare, I now have a means to show you who I am, how I got here, and my dreams of where I hope to go! So pull up the curtain, go beyond the monitor that separates us, and take a peak of just what’s inside.
If you wanted to know who Stephanie Severa Scandrol was, what would you see without this presentation?

My Career Life Today at Ted’s Montana Grill
I have been a team member with Ted’s for over 8 years. I started out as a Server and quickly moved up to Counter Server. After a months time I then became a Team Lead helping to manage a restaurant with 30 plus employees. After proving my leadership qualities and doing a cost assessment on half sours and cookies, I then made a presentation of my findings and presented to the corporate office. The presentation helped to further my career in the corporate office as Operations Assistant. The presentation then was rolled out to the field and helped save the company quite a few dollars and cents with new procedures that are still alive today. I then received a promotion into the Payroll Department as Payroll Assistant. When I decided to venture into the field I loved most, I used my own vacation time and funds to achieve two IT Certifications to further my career with Ted’s as Systems Support / Assistant Network Admin. That is a short story of where I came from and who I have become with Ted’s.

recommend Stephanie.” November 3, 2011 Lauren Schuman, Manager of Purchasing, Ted's Montana Grill

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING ABOUT ME CONTINUED:
“In my career at Ted’s Montana Grill I worked with Stephanie Scandrol in many different capacities. I always found her to be very professional with a caring attitude at the same time. I watched as Stephanie excelled in some very different rolls with our company. This is a testament for many of her greatest attributes. Stephanie was always a
very honest, responsible, loyal, compliant, diligent, and hard working company representative. You could count on Stephanie to always give her best to all her responsibilities. Because of this she was a great asset to both the
restaurant support center and most importantly the operators on the front lines. I could always count on Stephanie to respond to any questions or needs that I had in a timely manner. Stephanie was consistent in her delivery of expected results even in the most unthankful rolls of guest recovery and IT solutions. In the present day enviornment of increased work load with less people Stephanie always proved her worth by being willing to
take on new challenges and tasks. I have no reservations recommending Stephanie Scandrol . She will be an asset to any company allowing her to use her skills and apply her passionate approach to her work.” May 20,

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING ABOUT ME CONTINUED:
“I have worked with Stephanie for 7 years -- first in the position of payroll clerk and over the past several years as IT Support. I enjoy seeing her development as an IT professional. She advances her skills with each challenge and
thrives on the ability to troubleshoot across various technologies and software. What I appreciate most is that no problem is too small. If I'm having some obscure problem with Microsoft Office, Windows, or one of several other programs on my PC, I know she will investigate and rectify it. Not only will she find the solution, but she educates me by sharing the fix in language I understand. Stephanie takes the time to
speak with and understand each person's abilities and fine tune a solution that fits the user.” May 29, 2012Liz Pounders, Manager of Accounts Payable, Ted's Montana Grill
worked with Stephanie at Ted's Montana Grill
“I have had the pleasure of working with Stephanie for the past seven years, three of which she was my payroll assistant. When Stephanie accepted the payroll assistant position, she had no prior experience in payroll.
However, due to her work ethic, willingness to learn and enthusiasm, I knew she would do an awesome job. Stephanie took the bull (or bison as we say at Ted's) by the horns and excelled at the payroll assistant position.
She was a huge asset to my team. Sadly, Stephanie wanted to broaden her horizons and delve into the I.T. world, which she has also excelled at. Stephanie's customer service skills are outstanding along with the desire to help
out in any way possible. I would recommend Stephanie without any hesitation. She is a great asset to Ted's Montana Grill.” July 12, 2012
