• Client assets are registered in the name of a separately incorporated, wholly-owned legal entity,

Secure Nominees Limited, whose assets do not form part of our balance sheet, ensuring “ring-

fencing” of all assets at all times

• Robust custodians:

• BNP Paribas acts as global custodian for client securities

• BNP Paribas, HSBC, Barclays and Lloyds hold client cash

• Professional indemnity insurance in excess of regulatory requirements

• Fully audited annually by PwC

• We believe investment management costs should take into account a client’s aims and

objectives and a transparent fee quote will therefore be discussed and agreed. The fee will be

all inclusive and transparent, with no hidden charges.

• If requested, we are confident enough to work on performance-related fees where appropriate.

• When investing in funds on behalf of clients we never take a front end charge and only ever

invest into the lowest cost institutional share classes where available.
