In 2001, he has been invited to do clinical scientific research in Lucerne, Sweden. In 2008, he has delivered lectures about Chinese pharmacy and Chinese formulae to a class of western medicine studying TCM in the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand. Prof. Zhou also gave TCM lectures and taught students from Germany, Japan, America, Korea and other countries. Prof. Zhou has created the theory of axle of heart, brain and kidney. Expertise Prof. Zhou is skilled in treating intractable and common disease, such as coronary diseases, hyperlipidemia, cerebral infarction, diabetes, impaired renal function, hyperthyroidism, climacteric syndrome and depression. Academic Achievements Prof. Zhou has compiled 7 TCM monographs and been awarded science and technology progress prize of Sichuan province for 3 projects. Prof. Zhou is an academic technology leader of Health Department of Sichuan province, an assessment expert evaluating the level of undergraduate course in Ministry of Education and creative results in Ministry of Science and Technology.
