For 2014: “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” (Mt 5:3).For 2015: “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.” (Mt 5:8).

For 2016: “Blessed are the merciful, for they will receive mercy.” (Mt 5:7).

Rules and Expectations

• For a pilgrim to register they must pay at least R5,000 (non-refundable) by December 15TH 2014• The bank account is the same, but will be sent out via email. Ref WYD2016+ Name• All pilgrims who would like to de-register must find a replacement for themselves• All pilgrims must attend 80% of the encounters• All pilgrims must attend all camps or retreats as planned, compulsory retreat/camp early 2016 • All pilgrims must have a reference letter from their parish priest• All pilgrims must be above 16 years of age • Registration will begin in March 2014

– Please capture your name as it appears on your passport (No nicknames, clan names, etc)

• All pilgrims must have their yellow fever certificate, if there have visited an area in the last 10 years where it was required

• All pilgrims will require a Schengen VISA ( this process will be managed by the committee)• All pilgrims will sign a code of conduct that they must abide by• All documents shall be required in order for registration to occur

– Valid passport till December 2016– Valid permit (for non-SA nationals)– All pilgrims under 18 shall require

• Signed guardianship form• Unabridged birth certificate• Certified copies of parents ID documents• Confirmation of school attendance or work

• We need to work together for this process to work

• The committee offers up their time and money to try and ensure that all administration is completed

Romans 14:13 (NKJV) Therefore let us not judge one another anymore, but rather resolve this, not to put a stumbling block or a cause to fall in our brother's way.

No one knows the actual amount as we can not see into the future but we estimate

Payment Plan (full amounts to be paid by 15 Dec 2015)

• Option 1– Start paying end of March 2014

• Pay R1,500 each month until Dec 2015 = Total R33,000

• Option 2– Start paying in Dec 2014

• Pay a lump sum of R5000 in Dec• Pay R2,334 Jan- Nov 2015• Pay R2,326 Dec 2015• Total R33,000

NB: ATLEAST R5,000 MUST BE PAID BY THE 15TH OF DECEMBER 2014
