We will learn new thingsabout each other, ourfuture teaching professionand ourselves. This courseis aimed for teacherswithin pre-school, primaryand lower secondaryeducation

Monday, April 24th9.00 - 9.45 : Introduction to the International week10.00 - 14.00: Art on “who are we”. You will work in our art room, so So bring appropriateclothes.15.00-18.00: Visit at museum in Kolding

Tuesday, April 25th9.00 – 12.00: Creating the best school – Learning with each other!13.00 – 16.00: Music for everyone17:30-20:00: Culture night.Prepare locale specialties from your own country so that wecan all enjoy each other’s culinary customs

Wednesday, April 26th9.00 – 20.00: Outdoor Learning to experiencing nature, bringing outdoor learning intoyour own school system. We will make a campfire and cook food together and alsoengage in other outdoor activities. Bring appropriate attire. We guarantee a good funand social atmosphere Also, bring rain clothes and rubber boots (wellies) if possible incase it rain

Thursday, April 27th8.00 – 16.00: Visit Danish school and Kindergarten around Kolding18:00: Hot-Dog night – Dining followed by Stomp performances

Friday, April 28th9:30-?: Outdoor learning trip for everybody.Program to be confirmed

Please bring a local culinary specialty from your country or a fitting recipe. So that youcan cook some samples of your local food for the first night. Due to the kitchen facilitieswe advise for the recipes to be simple

Please be prepared to make a short presentation of yourself in English summarizing theaims and values of your school system at home.

Please note that lunch is not included except for the Friday program. Lunch can bebought at the University.

Accommodation:We will try to arrange accommodation with students and Danish families. Most of you willhave to stay in a hostel in a room for 8 people.You can choose to stay in a private room or a double room at an extra cost.

Price:The cost for this week is 60 EURO which must be paid in advance through bank transfer.

ECTS:You will receive 1 ½ ECTS points for participating in the program.
