1 General Admission Requirementsfor Overseas Applicants

Overseas applicants must demonstrate

1 academic competence in high school typically a minimum GPA of 250 (on

a 400 scale) or five grade Cs or better in IGCSE or GCSE subjects or an

equivalent

2 English competence typically a TOEFL score of 500 or more on the paper

based test or an IELTS score of 5 or more or an equivalent

3 Academic aptitude typically anSAT (Critical Reading and Mathematics)

score of 1000 or more or equivalent

2 Application Process for Overseas Applicants

1 Download the application fonn from httpwwwswuacthen or httpicswuacth

2 Completethe form (write in block letters) with applicants signature and the

most recent photograph (straight look no cap no sunglasses)

3 Pay the 600 baht non-refundable fee (international transfer) The detai l is as

follows

5 Attend online interview using Skype or similar application during the last

week of April in the year of application

Note Overseas appl icants who do not sat isfy all general admission requirements

will be obligated to come to Bangkok for testing on 28 March 2015 There are two

tests both taking place on the same day an English written exam and the

Professional and Academic Aptitude Test Overseas applicants taking either of

these tests will be given an academic interview the following day instead of online

4 Enrollment and Pre-College Preparatory Course

1 Applicants wi ll normally be notified of the outcome of their application

within ten days of their interview If you have not heard anything after ten

days please contact interadmissionsgswuacth for information

2 The Pre-College Preparatory Course immediately follows enrollment and

lasts approximately five weeks All first-year students are requi red to attend
