• All instrument level tests successfully completed

• Installed on GOES-R Spacecraft• Spacecraft TVAC completed

– 8 Weeks 24/7 operations in simulated space environment

– All instruments and spacecraft tested as system

– End-to-End test with Ground System

• Harness repair to correct data ‘burst’ approved and scheduled– Ground Processing Algorithm update

to filter any remaining ‘bursts’ is they occur

• Spacecraft EMI/EMC, Vibration, and Acoustics tests coming up

• Instrument fully integrated

• Instrument level Thermal Vacuum Testing successfully completed– Optical focus and alignment in vacuum demonstrated

– Thermal performance in expected launch, operational, and survival thermal environments demonstrated

• SU Vibration Testing successfully completed– Demonstrate survival of launch mechanical environment

• EMI/EMC testing started– Susceptibility to electromagnetic interference

– Compatibility with other instruments and spacecraft subsystems

• EU penalty TVAC and Vibe Tests after EMI/EMC– Four circuit cards reworked in response to reliability issue found on another mission

• Installation on GOES-S scheduled for November 2015

completing FM-2 and moving FM-3,4 forward
