IN THE GROUP OF FUNCTIONS "WORKING TIME", YOU CAN SPECIFY THE HOURS AND DAYS OF THE WEEK THAT THE MODULE WILL TAKE WORK. THIS WILL HELP BETTER SORTING OF TASKS AND ALLOCATE THE

CORRECT COLOR WORKING HOURS. HERE YOU CAN SPECIFY THE FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK AND THE FIRST WEEK OF THE YEAR.

DUPLICATES. THIS WILL GET RID OF DUPLICATE ENTRIES IN THE ADDRESS BOOK.

IN SECTION «LINKAGE» YOU CAN MARK THE ITEM "SHOW CONTACTS CONNECTED WITH THE CURRENT ITEM». THIS WILL ALLOW TO CHOOSE ADDITIONAL RECIPIENTS, FOR

WHICH YOU INDICATED IN THE CALENDAR MODULE SETTINGS. CLICK THE "ADD TO TASK LIST UPDATED

COPIES OF ASSIGNED TASKS» WILL ALLOW YOU NOT MISS CHANGED JOBS. THEY WILL BE

AUTOMATICALLY ADDED.

SELECTING "SEND A STATUS REPORT AFTER ASSIGNED TASK COMPLETED» , YOU WILL RECEIVE A REPORT ON THE COMPLETED TASKS IN THE TASK LIST.
