Let’s help you start your journey asa seller on Roposo

Follow 2 simple steps:1. Register as a seller on Roposo2. Add products to your shop and start selling

1. Go to ‘edit profile’ button & select ‘Become a Seller’ option

2. Click on ‘start here’ button located on the page banner to explore pricing plans.

3. Select a pricing plan according to your seller needs. Then click on buy plan

4. Add basic details and provide payment options available for buyers of your shop. Click on ‘proceed to pay’

5.b. Make payment. After payment is successful, click on ‘go to app’ button to access your shop

5.a. Make payment. In case the payment is unsuccessful, note down the order ID and click on ‘try again’ for another attempt

Congratulations! You are now a seller on Roposo. Start selling your products!

2: SELL YOUR PRODUCTS

1. Go to your profile & click on ‘My Shop’ 2. Click on ‘my shop’ icon to start selling your products. Click on ‘sell a new product’

3. Select image of your product. Click on next 4. Add description of the product (description, color, size, etc.), add a topic and click on advanced settings

Once you are a seller on Roposo, you will be able to access your shop via your profile page

Advanced Settings

5. Click on the radio button next to ‘chat to buy’ 6. Add product category, select applicable gender and set price for this product. This price will be revealed only when you choose to do so.

7. After filling all the details, click on save button and on next screen, click on post button

8. Your products can now be seen in users’ feed

How to chat with buyerWhen a user likes your product, she will click on ‘chat to buy’ button

CHAT WITH BUYERSBuyer screen Seller screen

A chat will start in between you and the interested buyer. You will receive a product card with options to reveal the current product price, change the product price or mark the product as out of stock.

Once you reveal the price, the buyer will be able to see the price and the product card.

When buyer negotiates the product price, you can change the price of the product using the same card in your chat window

Seller screen

When the user decides to buy the product, she will shortlist and initiate check out to complete the transaction. You will receive a message indicating purchase intention of the buyer.

Payment options will be sent to the buyer automatically (these are the options selected by you during the registeration process). Buyer will select preferred payment method and you will be informed of her selection via a system message.

Buyer will share her address with you to complete the transaction.
