1) Remove the cover of the Concrete Mixer

2) Separating the LadderFig. 2 - Cut the wire holding the Ladder , and remove the keys of the Motor Cabin from attached to the LadderFig . 3,4 - Lower the Ladder using a crane , or manually by two individuals . Fig. 5 - Then , move the ladder to the basket's side.

3) Fixing the Pulley Chassis Fig. 6 - Disassemble the fasteners of the Chassis including their nut (from the right side of the Cabin) Fig. 7 - Take out the Pulley Chassis from inside the BucketFig. 8-Insert the Pulley Chassis in its appropriate place and push it inside Fig. 9 - Fasten the bolts and tighten them using a wrench 19 mm

4 ) Removing the Drum , and take the accessories found inside

Fig.10 - Rotate the Drum Bracket upwards and keep it in this position

Fig.11 - Hang the Drum from inside using a crane

Fig.12 - Raise the Drum with a crane and take the accessories form inside

Fig.13 - The accessories inside the Drum are: Clutch Handle Axle ,Winch Operating Lever, Water

Tank Plate , Two Axes for the Bucket , Upper and Lower Bucket Rollers, Brake Lining ,Exhaust Axle,

Exhaust Filter, Steering Wheel Claveté , Wrench for assembling the Motor's fasters.

5 ) Assembling the Drum

Fig.14 - Lower the Drum Bracket

Fig.15 - Raise the Drum and keep it hanged with a crane

Fig.16 - Disassemble the Shaft Housing nut

Fig.17,18 - Lower the Drum to its Bracket and insert the shaft housing in its place

Fig.19 - Fasten the screw of the Drum Bracket and anchor the nut of the Shaft Housing with a

hammer

6) Assembling the Clutch Handle Axle & Winch Operating Lever

Fig.20 - Assemble the Clutch Handle Axle and fasten its screws with a wrench 19mm

Fig.21 - Assemble the Winch Operating Lever and fasten its screws with a wrench 19 mm

7) Removing the bucket and take the accessories found inside

Fig.22- disassemble the Motor shaft fasteners with a wrench 14

Fig.23- bring the motor's shaft from the toolbox found inside the Cabin , place it and fasten it's

screws with wrench 14.

Fig.24,25- bring the Crank from the toolbox, and turn the motor shaft with it in a clockwise sense ;

another person has to rotate the Clutch Handle Axle to the left side and turn the Bucket Pin in a

180 degree anticlockwise sense to pull it.

Fig. 26,27 - Rotate the Clutch Handle Axle for 180 degrees and lower the Bucket gently

Fig. 29,30 - Pull the rope and move the Bucket backwards

Fig. 31 - Get the Bucket Base and the Drum Steering Handle from inside the Bucket

8) Mounting the Ladder

Fig.32 - disassemble the screws of the Ladder together with their nuts ( 4 screws on the upper UPNand 2 on the Chassis ) Fig. 35 - Raise the Ladder by a crane , and place it in its appropriate place Fig. 34 - fasten the screws and tighten them with a wrench (19mm)

9) Mounting the Bucket Base to the Bucket

Fig.37 - Mount the Bucket Base from the lower side of the Bucket and insert the two axes into their

opening-

Fig.39 - Mount the Upper Bucket Rollers to the upper axis that connects the Bucket to its Base

10) Mounting the Bucket to the Ladder

Fig. 43 - Insert the Upper Bucket Rollers from the bottom of the Ladder

Fig. 44 - Then , insert the Lower Bucket Rollers to the UPN and push upwards

Fig. 45 - Rotate the Motor's crank to operate it

Fig. 46 - Rotate the Clutch Handle Axle to the left side in order to raise the Bucket

Fig. 49 - When the Bucket reach its appropriate place , and becomes in a vertical position insert

the Bucket pin in its place

11) Installing the Exhaust pipe with its Filter

Fig. 50,51,52 - Install the Exhaust Pipe above the Motor's Cabin , and rotate it in a clockwise sense

Fig. 53 - Mount the Filter to the Exhaust Pipe , and rotate it in a clockwise sense

12) Installing the Wheel Brakes :

Fig.54 - Disassemble the screws and their nuts from the lower side of the Cabin

Fig. 55 - Install the Brakes above the rear wheels

Fig. 56 - Then, assemble the screws and tighten them with a wrench 19mm

13) Installing the Drum Steering Handle

14) Installing the Water Tank Plate :

15) Installing the Bearing Cover :

16) Installing the Locomotive

17) Assemble the Ladder Connectors:

18) Mounting the Skewer that guards the Bucket

Fig. 71 - Insert the Skewer in the drilled holes inside the Ladder from the left and the right side

whenever the concrete mixer is not in use
